Thats right, the Journal.

I shall spit all the basics at you to get the birthday junk off my page.


First of all, i've FINALLY been getting out of my huge design/art block! I've been making up characters to sell/trade over on FP, and i've ended up really liking almost all of them so far. I'm going to be posting ref sheets over at the corner (~Colonels-Corner) if you want to check them out!

This weekend is the Ottawa Film Festival, it'll be my first time going, so i hope i have tons of fun and dont spend too much money. I'm going to eat french fries with gravy and cheese curds on top while im there! WOAH.

I'll hopefully have a lot more Gladiator art and concepts to post soon, as always, your input is very appreciated, since you're my viewers and all :)

Other than that, Happy Halloween and all that good stuff!

So you go to SCAD?? Pretty nifty, hows the animation program down there?

Haha yep! Good ol' SCAD. |D; The programs.. interesting? LOL. Pretty good, considering. < 3 They let you basically choose between 2D and 3D, which I hear a lot of other places don't letcha do (and mainly focus on 3D and flash instead), so I'm happy about that.. since I'd prefer my traditional animation. Plus 2 of my profs came out of the Orlando Disney Animation Studio after it shut down, so I'm totally happy about that. < 3 Specially since the one animated Kenai (the bear form), Lilo, Mushu, etc. And the other was a special effects animator supervisor~ so go SCAD for picking up some awesome possum profs! < 333 It's nice, the one class I'm taking now focuses on breaking things down specifically for traditional animation purposes.. like basic shape breakdowns that actually work and all that jazz for both bipeds and quads, which is pretty cool. < 3

I just wish the food and the town were better.. and that I didn't live next to the freshmen dorms. 8< For some reason they think walking in the middle of a parking lot when cars are driving through is okay, haha. < 3 Go figure!

Ah cool, yeah we're pretty broken up over here by what sort of animation we want to do, i dont actually ever see live action students cause they're always off doing their own thing.

Lol you think your town is bad, try living in Detroit, people are always trying to mug ya and all that fun stuff! haha, its not actually that bad, sorta.. but my boyfriend and i have had a bad experience or two.

And yes, im in animation. XD
