Astonishingly dynamic layout...belies the effort.
One thing I find, though, is that whenever you start a scene with running, the character's lines have to control towards a specific point. A little Milt Kahl study goes a long way - but I love this approach, too, with the obvious collapse foreshadowed by his gangly third panel pose. You're even affecting reading direction for maximum collapsing impact. Positively nauseating.
The first panel reminded me of Mam'selle Alfredsen's run on the series... XD The colors alone, but the crisp contrast doubly so.
