If you look on the sidebar next/to the side of an image, it gives you a link and a "thumb" link. Thats for the thumbnail image, you just post that little link into your comments, and bam!
I think I really adore the colour-use and the background involved in the image. But certainly the creature/character is overly cute in all it's unnatural ways.
